I’m so glad you’re here!
Who am I?
I’m a wife, a mom of two kids, and a dog mom to two standard Goldendoodles. I’m also a breast cancer survivor—8 years cancer free! I love music, cooking and baking, and spending time with friends, family, and coworkers I love.
I’ve been a speech-language pathologist for over 25 years. For the last three of those years, I’ve been working as a school-based SLP—and I gotta tell ya, I love it. Every day, I get to witness people pouring their hearts and souls into the lives of children.
HOW THE BEADED SPEECHIE BEGAN
I ordered my first custom lanyard not long after starting my school job—they were just too cute not to have one!
Last year, I decided to try making a few lanyards as end-of-the-year teacher gifts. I decked them out in each teacher’s school colors, and they were so fun to customize! Who doesn’t love showing off their school or team colors?
From there, a small business was born.
