To keep your lanyard easy to read, I recommend:

If you’d like multiple names or a longer personalization, please send me a message before ordering. I’ll be happy to let you know what will fit!
White and black lettering are currently available for personalization. Not sure which color will look best on the acrylic color you chose? Send me a message and we can talk it over before I complete your design.
Yes—each lanyard has a breakaway clasp. Safety first!
Yes! From start to finish, I put your entire lanyard together by hand. No part of your lanyard is pre-made.
Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be created before it ships. During busy seasons or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
If I haven’t started creating your lanyard yet, I’ll do my best to accommodate changes. Please contact me as soon as possible after placing your order.
Because each lanyard is custom-made just for you, returns are not accepted. However, if there is a problem with your order, please contact me. I want you to love your lanyard, and I’ll do my best to make it right.
